Ideal for a family getaway to the sea, this beautiful villa of around 165 m², tastefully decorated, can accommodate up to 8 people. It benefits from all the comforts to ensure a stay devoted to relaxation. On a contemporary garden of 400m², it has a swimming pool (secured by an electric roller shutter), with a depth ranging from 1m10 to 1m45. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, coffee maker, American fridge / freezer and dishwasher. You can also use the barbecue. The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 8 guests. You will have a flat-screen TV and reversible air conditioning. This villa in a very residential area also has 3 beautiful bedrooms (with 160cm double bed) and a cabin with 2 bunk beds, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no 95- 949 of 25 August 1995). It has plenty of storage. There is also a powder room on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. Separate toilets are present on the 2 levels. You will obviously enjoy the magnificent garden, its swimming pool with its private terrace which is equipped with garden furniture.
